Fashion Photography | Verillas + Ayyawear

Men's Canvas Yang Vest

by Ayyawear

It's been a while since I've last blogged, because my work life has been very hectic lately. I went from not having a day job and working on my business, to working at Office Depot and trying and failing to find much time for my business. Then, in the midst of all this, I was offered a part time photographer position for Verillas and Ayyawear. So I was trying to juggle three jobs, essentially. In the meantime, I've managed to successfully neglect the blog and other social media. It's about time for an update!
That part time photography job has now turned into a full time, Monday-Friday job, and I couldn't be happier. I've quit Office Depot, and now I have the time to focus all of my energy on what I love most: photography, inside and outside of work. Most of my work has always been influenced and inspired by fashion, so this new job makes me feel right at home. (Being alone in a dark studio with nothing but softbox lights and my laptop screen illuminating the room is my happy place.) Most of my days I'm working on product photography, and struggling to dress and undress mannequins, but I live for the days on location!
